All of the bodices are lined and whip-stitched for neatness and historical accuracy. We use a machine for much of the sewing, and a great deal of hand sewing where it is more appropriate. We use period correct closures and fabrics as well as construction techniques which may not be familiar to some modern sewers. We require a maximum of 6 weeks to complete your order from recipt of payment and signed quote.

Once you have contacted us to confirm your order we will provide you with a measurement sheet and a contract to sign and return to us. Please supply your postal address with your enquiry. We are happy to make copies of gowns from movies or fashion prints. Please send us the image so we can provide you with a quote.
